What to do when you're nesting...make a cake!

This cake is absolutely luscious, and it's virtually fat-free, incredibly rich, and vegan. Here's the recipe I made up (a modification of one I got on fatfreevegan.blog.com). I'm the queen of taking a recipe and making it even healthier than it already is (or isn't). This was sooo yummy!! Asher gobbled it up.
1 1/2 c. oat flour & 1 1/2 tsp. Xathan Gum OR 1 1/2 C. white flour
1 1/2 c. finely ground whole wheat flour (whole wheat pastry flour works best)
1 c. sucanant & 1 TBS. green leaf stevia & 1/4 tsp. baking soda OR 1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. celtic sea salt OR regular salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. soy yogurt OR regular yogurt (made my own soy yogurt with arrowroot powder, you can also use cornstarch, lemon juice and soy milk by cooking it in the microwave or stove...very easy to do)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 TBS. basalmic vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
2 TBS. grated orange peel
Chocolate Icing:
1/2 c. powdered sugar (I made my own in my BlendTech blender from evaporated cane juice)
1 TBS. cocoa
2 tsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Orange Icing:
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Two Comments:

First: That cake looks beautiful. That's quite the recipe to be modifying.

Second: I am sure the cake tasted wonderful. Am I wrong or does Asher still gobble up just about anything?
